The pecan pie lacked crust or pecan flavoring. It tasted vaguely sweet, but not at all pie-like. Would not buy again.

The pecan shines in this one. It is sweet but not overly the filling and crust comes thru well also. But for me the pecan flavor is why i keep coming back to it

The flavor was really mellow straight from the mail, I let it steep and then put it up for a week. When I tried again there was more of a nutty hint. I use a Peerless RDTA with Kendo Gold Edition Cotton for best flavor. If I were to purchase this one again I would definitely pair it with the Beignet for added sweetner.

Pecan flavor was there, but that's all. I was expecting more sweetness. If your looking for just nutty flavor, this will do nicely (maybe mixing this to a sweet caramel flavor). Unfortunately, I'm gonna PASS on this one in the future. Gotta satisfy sweet tooth.
