Will not charge or turn on
Recently purchased the rainbow katana. I had one a few years ago and a really loved it was a really great vape to start with. Got back into vaping and wanted to get another one as I'm familiar with them. Not only did it take almost 2 weeks for my order to process but once I received my katana I learned that it will not charge nor turn on. I have been excitedly looking forward to the day that I get it only to be massively disappointed. I have emailed the company and I'm waiting for a response from them hopefully they will fix this
